Talton Moves to Ricci

Gabe Talton has moved to Ricci Law Firm, where he is managing attorney in the firm’s personal injury department.  

Talton graduated from N.C. State University and earned his law degree from Rutgers Law School where he was a Marshall-Brennan Fellow. He then worked in the Miami Public Defender’s Office, renowned for its trial advocacy training program. His professional experience includes a solo practice where he focused on immigration, workers compensation and personal injury and being a partner at a large personal injury firm.  

Talton is a former member of the NCAJ Board of Governors and is a member of the Auto Torts & Premises Liability Section and the Hispanic-Latino Division.
