State Bar Secure Leave Survey Closes With 1,000 Responses

The State Bar survey on secure leave policy has closed with more than 1,000 surveys completed. Thank you to everyone who took the time to share their thoughts and ideas on this important issue. The NCAJ’s Women’s Caucus worked hard in recent years to push for the Supreme Court’s 2019 changes to the leave policy. The State Bar is exploring whether more changes are needed, and an update on that work is expected this fall.
