State Bar Honors Powers With McMillan Award

The North Carolina State Bar has awarded its highest honor, the John B. McMillan Distinguished Service Award, to NCAJ Past President Bill Powers. The award honors current and retired members of the North Carolina State Bar who have demonstrated exemplary service to the legal profession. Powers served as president of NCAJ in 2016-17. He joins many other NCAJ members who have received the McMillan Award, including eight other NCAJ past presidents.
