Scudder Appointed to North Carolina Industrial Commission
Former NCAJ member Samuel A. Scudder has been appointed to serve as deputy commissioner on the North Carolina Industrial Commission. Scudder has practiced law for more than 30 years with a focus on workers’ compensation and personal injury. He is a North Carolina State Bar board-certified specialist in workers’ compensation law and a North Carolina certified mediator. He earned his law degree from Campbell University School of Law. Scudder will be assigned to the Commission’s Raleigh office and will hear noninsured cases throughout the state.
