Sanders Moves to Kurtz Whitley Guy Sanders & Rainey

Kirk Sanders has moved to Kurtz Whitley Guy Sanders & Rainey, PLLC. Sanders is a named partner in the firm, where he will focus his practice in the areas of business law, civil business litigation, will caveat and estate disputes and personal injury.

Sanders earned a bachelor of arts in political science with a minor in business from North Carolina State University. He earned his law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law.

Sanders is a member of the Auto Torts & Premises Liability Section and the Eminent Domain Legislative Committee
