Russell Twiford Deceased

Longtime NCAJ member Russell Etheridge Twiford died Feb. 27. He was 94. Twiford had retired from practice as a senior partner with The Twiford Law Firm in Elizabeth City. A World War II veteran who served in the U.S. Navy, Twiford graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and earned his law degree from Wake Forest School of Law.
