Puryear Joins Zaytoun Ballew & Taylor

PJ Puryear has joined Zaytoun Ballew & Taylor PLLC as of counsel. Puryear is a member of NCAJ’s Auto Torts & Premises Liability Section and Professional Negligence Section. He earned his law degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law.

Puryear brings over a decade of trial and appellate experience to the firm, including trying cases in state and federal court, before the American Arbitration Association and the North Carolina Office of Administrative Hearings.

Puryear’s complex commercial litigation practice has included cases involving contractual disputes, intra-corporate disputes, unfair and deceptive trade practices, embezzlement, breach of fiduciary duty and derivative claims. His practice will now expand into civil rights, medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and maritime law.
