NEXT Program Kicks Off With Class of 13

Today NCAJ launched the NEXT Program, an initiative focused on empowering future generations of legal leaders with the skills and connections they need to move NCAJ and the legal profession forward in years to come. Jes Everhart, CEO of Jes & Co. and creator of the leadership development program ReinventionRoadmap, led today’s introductory session as the NEXT program facilitator. The session featured executive coach Collin Rustin, below in top photo, speaking on the topic “Building Authentic Relationships.”

This was the first event held in NCAJ’s new office space at 701 Corporate Center Drive, Suite 450 in Raleigh.
