NCAJ Selects 21 Members For the NEXT Leadership Program Class of 2023
The NCAJ NEXT Leadership Program will include 21 members in its second-year cohort. The size of the group has grown from 13 in its inaugural class.
NCAJ Interim Executive Director Shannon Leskin said the increased interest in participation is a testament to the success of the program.
“The members who took part in the first year of the NEXT Program raved about their experience” Leskin said. “They told us that it gave them a sense of real belonging within the organization and a greater understanding of NCAJ’s purpose and mission. We are extremely grateful to them, the members who volunteered as mentors and to everyone who contributed their time. We are especially thankful for our program facilitator Jes Averhart, whose vision for NEXT is an inspiration for us.”
