NCAJ Members Richardson and Mumma on New House Committee

N.C. House Speaker Tim Moore has appointed NCAJ members Rep. Billy Richardson and Chris Mumma, executive director of the North Carolina Center on Actual Innocence, to serve on the North Carolina House Select Committee on Community Relations, Law Enforcement, and Justice. The committee will examine North Carolina’s criminal justice systems to propose methods of improving police training and relations between law enforcement and its communities.
