In Memoriam: Timothy W. Smith

Former NCAJ member Timothy W. Smith passed away on Sept. 14. Smith practiced in Duplin County before becoming a district court judge. He was a member of NCAJ from 2011 to 2017. Smith graduated from East Carolina University and earned his law degree from Campbell University School of Law. He was 61. Find a tribute to his life in the Duplin Times and his obituary here.
