In Memoriam: Michael Drye
Michael Drye died Sept. 27, 2024 in Asheville. He was 73.
Drye and his wife Nora Douglas Drye and grandson Micah Ashton Drye died in the floodwaters of Hurricane Helene. Michael Drye was a family law attorney and mediator for over 40 years in Asheville.
He was a graduate of Wake Forest University School of Law. He joined NCAJ in 1976.
