In Memoriam: Joe N. Cagle

Joe N. Cagle, who was an NCAJ member from 1985 to 2006, passed away on Aug. 26. He practiced law in Hickory as a partner in the firm Keener & Cagle and served as director of the Paralegal Studies Program at Gaston College from 1993 to 2016. A Tennessee native, Cagle earned his law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law and clerked for North Carolina Supreme Court Justice Clifton Moore.
