In Memoriam: Frederic Toms

Frederic Toms, who was an NCAJ member from 1975 to 2012, passed away on Aug. 17. Toms practiced as an attorney in Wake County for 40 years. As an NCAJ member, he supported the NCAJ PAC and served as a mock trial volunteer judge. Toms was a graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Law.
