In Memoriam: Chad Winebarger
Chad Winebarger died Feb. 21. He was 44.
Winebarger practiced with The Bollinger Law Firm. He had been a member of NCAJ since 2006 and belonged to the Worker’s Comp Section. He is survived by his wife Deepa Tungare, who practices at Hedrick Gardner, and their sons ages 9 and 7.
