Gugenheim Joins Whitley

Steve Gugenheim has joined The Whitley Law Firm, where he will serve as senior litigation attorney.

Gugenheim has practiced for three decades with a focus on complex personal injury matters, winning tens of millions of dollars in verdicts, settlements, and arbitration awards for his clients.  

Prior to joining Whitley, he founded and led Gugenheim Law. He serves on the board of Friends of Residents in Long Term Care and is a frequent lecturer on long-term care litigation. Gugenheim also contributes to regulatory policy as a member of the Adult Care Home Rules Re-adoption Committee.

Gugenheim has been a member of NCAJ since 2001 and is a member of the Nursing Home Litigation Section, which he previously chaired, and the Professional Negligence Section Section. He earned his law degree from Cumberland School of Law.
