Disability Advocacy Section Honors Three With Awards
The North Carolina Advocates for Justice Disability Advocacy Section presented three awards on Thursday at its annual CLE at NCAJ Headquarters in Raleigh.

- Rick Fleming, a partner with the Law Offices of James Scott Farrin and head of the firm’s Social Security Disability Department, received the 2025 Lifetime Achievement Award in recognition of an extraordinary career spent advocating on behalf of the entire disability community.
- Retired Administrative Law Judge William Andersen received a 2025 Lifetime Service Award in recognition of an extraordinary career and the thousands of lives he positively impacted through his decisions.
- Retired Administrative Law Judge Kelly Davis received a 2025 Lifetime Service Award in recognition of an extraordinary career and the thousands of lives she positively impacted through her decisions.
