Clare Joins Bunn as a Partner

Patrick Riley Clare has joined Kevin Bunn, Attorney at Law, PC, as a partner. He will continue to focus his practice on workers’ compensation claims. 

Clare is a native North Carolinian. He graduated from Campbell University Law School in Raleigh and received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Clare represented insurance companies and employers before switching sides to advocate for injured workers. He has been recognized by his peers as one of the Best Lawyers, Ones to Watch – Workers’ Compensation Law – Claimants from 2023 through 2026, and he is a member of the Workers’ Compensation Section. 

Bunn is a Board-Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation Law and the co-editor of North Carolina Workers’ Compensation Law: A Practical Guide to Success at Every Stage of a Claim, a treatise published by LexisNexis. Bunn has been designated as one of the Best Lawyers in America for Workers’ Compensation Law – Claimants. In 2018, Bunn was inducted as a Fellow of the College of Workers’ Compensation Lawyers. 

Bunn is the Immediate Past President of NCAJ and a member of the Workers’ Compensation Section.
