Cheyenne Chambers On Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission
Gov. Cooper has appointed Cheyenne Chambers as a member at-large of the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission. Chambers practices at Tim, Fulton, Walker, and Owen in Charlotte, where she focuses her practice on appellate and trial litigation in the areas of civil rights, criminal law (appellate), constitutional law, employment law, and immigration law (appellate). She has previously clerked in the U.S. Court of Appeals and argued the landmark case Tully v. City of Wilmington. Chambers is a member of NCAJ’s Civil Rights, Criminal Defense and Employment Law Sections and the New Lawyers Division. She was featured in the fall edition of Trial Briefs as an NCAJ Rising Star.
