Gov. Cooper has appointed NCAJ member Sen. Sydney Batch of Raleigh to serve on the North Carolina Council on Developmental Disabilities. Batch is a founding member of Batch, Poore & Williams, PC. She focuses her practice on family law and child protective services and she is certified as a child welfare law specialist.
