Baddours Settle Dram Shop Case for $750K
A man who suffered permanent, debilitating injuries after a drunk driver crashed into the rear of his truck, settled his negligence claim for $750,000 against a North Carolina establishment that served the drunk driver alcohol, his attorneys report.
Father-daughter duo Phil Baddour of Baddour, Parker, Hine and Hale, PC in Goldsboro and Helen Baddour of Johnson & Groninger, PLLC in Charlotte represented the plaintiff. The establishment was represented by counsel, and liability was contested.
Many of the case’s details, including the venue and the names of the parties and defense counsel, have been withheld pursuant to a confidentiality agreement.
