Workers’ Compensation Section

With over 350 members, the section provides a diverse array of educational resources for our members. These include three CLES: Quirky Issues in Workers’ Compensation, Workplace Torts, and the Workers’ Compensation Roundtable. Additionally, we offer a collaborative member listserv, legal publications, documents bank, and public outreach initiatives. As a resource, we also provide valuable information about potential legislation before the N.C. General Assembly, executive branch, and the North Carolina Industrial Commission.
