Apply to the NCAJ NEXT Leadership Program

Thank you for your interest in the NCAJ NEXT Leadership Program. To be considered for the upcoming cohort, please complete the application below.

Applications must be submitted by September 15. All applications will be reviewed by the NCAJ NEXT Leadership Program Selection Committee, and applicants will be notified of their status by the Executive Director no later than October 15.

At the end of the application, you will find a link to the recommendation form. Please share this link with those you have asked to provide a recommendation on your behalf. Recommendation forms are submitted directly to the Selection Committee and remain confidential throughout the review process.
