From Start to Finish: A Review of the Social Security Claim from DDS to Federal Court

This seminar will offer attendees a close look at the progression through a Social Security Claim. Attendees will receive insights from a consultative examiner, a review of Medicare/Medicaid implications, worker’s compensation offsets, and more. We will also welcome two administrative law judges to share their best practice tips and an update on new law from Federal Court.

The seminar includes an hour of ethics credit, with a particular focus on maintaining a healthy work/life balance.
