The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee Book Club will meet via Zoom on Jan. 24 to discuss “To Drink from the Well: The Struggle for Racial Equality at the Nation’s Oldest Public University” by Geeta Kapur.
Participation in the book club is open to all members of NCAJ. We are offering the discussion at two times on Jan. 24: noon and 7:30 pm. You may attend one or both. We expect that the author will be able to join us for at least one of the sessions.
Please join us in reading this compelling look at the history of racial equality at UNC-CH and in North Carolina. You do not need to read or finish the book to join the discussion.
