Spencer Fritts practices with Morse Fritts, PLLC, where the firm’s focus is on personal inury.
Before starting Morse Fritts, he practiced with the Law Offices of John McCabe and with Oxendine Barnes & Associates PLLC. He also did a two-year stint as a judicial law clerk at the North Carolina Court of Appeals. During his time at the Court of Appeals, he clerked for three separate judges on the Court – Judges Ann Marie Calabria, Tobias S. Hampson, and John M. Tyson.
Spencer earned his juris doctor, cum laude, from Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law, and his bachelor of arts degree in political science from the University of South Carolina Honors College.
Spencer S. Fritts is a graduate of the inaugural class of the NCAJ NEXT Leadership Program. He is the 2024-25 chair of the NCAJ New Lawyers Division.
