27th Annual Workers’ Compensation Roundtable: Everyday Battles & Balancing for Plaintiff Attorneys

Fri, April 1, 2022   |   8:55 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.   |
Virtual
  |   CLE Hours: 6.0

One of NCAJ’s most valuable programs is back for its 27th year! Join leaders of the NCAJ Workers’ Compensation section in April for an in-depth look at strategies and solutions inspired by real issues pulled directly from the section listserv. Speakers will help you determine what day to day decisions practitioners need to keep in mind — particularly when to fight and what to fight about.

Come ready to learn about the variety of approaches to concerns, including dealing with unfair FCE evaluations (with three FCE evaluators, who will dissect the science of FCEs), getting second opinions paid, and securing future medical care. Stay to discuss your own experience with some of the most seasoned workers’ compensation attorneys in our state.

Open to NCAJ Workers’ Comp section members only.
