This landing page is meant to serve as a headquarters for information all NCAJ Preferred Partners and Convention Exhibitors.

Our goal is to make your event as fun and fruitful for you and your company as possible.

Reserve Your Hotel Room ASAP

If you have not already, please reserve your room for Convention at any one of the several accommodations with an NCAJ room block. 

Please note that the room blocks are selling out VERY quickly. If you contact a hotel or accommodation and there are no longer any rooms available in our block, several of these hotels and venues may still have general availability. If you cannot find a room under the NCAJ block, we encourage you to try other online booking agents (booking.com or hotels.com and the like) as rooms have been available there for very competitive prices.

Register Your Team ASAP

To assist with our planning, we need to confirm the contact details for each member of your onsite team and their RSVPs for all planned social events.

The full schedule with event descriptions, locations, etc. can be found on our Convention website. We have planned events for each evening of Convention that will provide an ideal environment for you to network with our membership, professional team and fellow vendors. Your Preferred Partnership or Convention Exhibitor agreement includes registration for two (2) representatives for Convention 2024 and all social events. Any additional representatives are welcome at $125 per person, and we will invoice you separately for any additional representatives you identify on the form.

What You Need to Know

Exhibit Hall Schedule + –

Please make sure to note the following days/times regarding exhibit hall setup, break down and open hours throughout the Convention.

Wednesday, June 12

    • Set Up for Exhibitors: 8 p.m. | The staff at the Convention Center will be shifting the exhibit hall from a previous group’s event until ~7 p.m. NCAJ staff plans to open the exhibit hall from 8 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. (this time will be finalized closer to the event date) if you would like to setup the evening before. Otherwise, you will be welcome in the exhibit hall on Thursday morning at 7:30 a.m.

    • Early Arrivals Reception: 5:30 p.m. – 7 p.m. | Please plan to join all NCAJ leadership and all early arrivals for Convention 2024 at the Steam Restaurant & Bar at the Embassy Suites for a welcome reception with light bites.

Thursday, June 13

    • Set Up for Exhibitors: 7:30am | Exhibitor Space Open to Attendees: 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. Please note that the meetings for attendees do not begin until 10 a.m. so there will be ample time to setup before foot traffic begins.

Friday, June 14

    • Exhibitor Space Open to Attendees: 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. 

Saturday, June 15

    • Exhibitor Space Open to Attendees: 7:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.

    • Break Down for Exhibitors: The Saturday awards breakfast is the only Saturday event and the last event on the agenda for Convention 2024. Exhibitors are welcome to keep their booths open through 12 p.m. or breakdown earlier. Please note that you will be asked to commit to a time on the above form – so we ask that you make your best estimation of when you plan to depart as of today. We will be able to be flexible on this, but it’s helpful for our team to know in advance for planning purposes.

Registration Lists + –

  • An initial registration list will be distributed to all NCAJ Preferred Partners and Convention Exhibitors in late-May.
  • List updates will be sent at the close of online registration on or around June 10 and a final list that includes any onsite registrations will be distributed the week of June 17. 

Shipping to the Wilmington Convention Center + –

The Wilmington Convention Center does not handle freight shipments. They ask that all event related freight be addressed to the below. The Center will receive packages and standard handling fees based on the rates and stipulations listed below. The Center asks that all shipments be addressed properly and do not arrive before one week prior to the event. There is a small fee for vendor packages sent to the building which can be paid in advance using this link: https://www.wilmingtonconventions.com/electric-and-utilities-service-payment/. All shipments leaving Center will need to be called in to shipping provider as the Center does not have any scheduled pick-up times.

Storage & Handling Fees 

  • $20.00 per box delivered

  • $100.00 per half pallet delivered

  • $200.00 per full pallet delivered

  • $40.00 moving fee

  • $20.00 per day storage fee
